What is the return and exchange policy?
At Femme Ease, your satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the intimate nature of our products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy to ensure the safety and comfort of all our customers. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below:
1. Items Eligible for Exchange
We only accept exchanges in the following cases:
You received the wrong product (size, color, or style).
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
For hygiene reasons, all undergarments are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, unless they fall under the conditions mentioned above.
3. Conditions for Exchange
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
4. Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please contact us via whatsapp (0321 4079946) within 3 days of delivery.
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the exchange process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. If your exchange request is approved, you may choose a replacement item of equal value.
Can i change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make any changes. You can, however, request to cancel it during the order confirmation call. All our orders are dispatched after the confirmation call.
When will I get my order?
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard time is 3–5 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, strikes).
- Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and details are entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
